Howard Jessie Ratliff

Howard Jessie Ratliff, age 82, passed away Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020 at the Prestonsburg Healthcare and Rehab Center. Howard was born on Dec. 15, 1937 to his parents the late Stoney Ratliff and Ona Mae Blackburn Ratliff. He was the husband of the late Gloria Louise Garrettson Ratliff, a farmer, and a believer of the Christian Faith. Along with his wife and parents, Howard was preceded in death by one daughter, Donna Ratliff, two brothers, Donnie Ratliff, Foster Ratliff, and one sister, JoAnn Edmonds. Howard is survived by one daughter, Kristy (George) Ratliff McCown, one son, Michael Ray (Linda) Ratliff, one brother, Hillard Ratliff, four grandchildren, Tiffany, Arianna, Tristan, and Jeremiah, two step grandchildren, Adam Smith, Lyndsai Frasure, four great grandchildren, Howard, Donna, Gabriel, Benjamin, four step great grandchildren, Ryson, Reece, Raelyn, and Huck, and a host of loving family and friends. Services will be private.
