James Mullins

James E. (Red) Mullins, age 81, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Heritage Center Nursing Home in Morristown, Tn.  James was born on August 8, 1937 to his parents the late James Gervis Mullins and Jeanetta Worrix Mullins.  He was the husband of the late Oleta Rose Justice Mullins, a manager of Elliott's Grocery for 45 years, and a believer of the Baptist faith.     Along with his wife and parents, James was preceded in death by one sister, Bessie Collins.     James is survived by one son, James Edward "Eddie" Mullins and his wife Annetta, one daughter, Betty Rose Dotson, and her husband, Chris, one sister, Dixie Ethel Robinson, three grandchildren, Michael, Holly, and Tiffany, three great grandchildren, Hayden, Harper, and Landon, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Shelbiana.
