James Henderson Smallwood

James Henderson Smallwood, age 73, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at his home.  James was born on Dec. 16, 1944 to his parents the late Ervin Smallwood and Nora Marie Coleman Smallwood.  He was a believer of the Baptist Faith.     Along with his parents, James was preceded in death by one brother, John Wesley Smallwood, and two sisters, Nida Mae and Lottie Marie.     James is survived by Joseph Little, who was like a son, three sisters, Gaynell Meadows, Lou Ellen (Conley) Hester, Glema Carol Rowe, and a host of loving family and friends.    Visitation will be Wednesday at Lucas and Son Funeral Home from 4p.m. to 6p.m.   Funeral service will be Wednesday at 5p.m. with Kevin Mullins Officiating.
