Jewell Mae Fraganeno

Jewell Mae Fraganeno, age 88, passed away Wednesday, Sept 4, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Jewell was born on March 6, 1931 to her parents the late Marvin Patrick and Mabel Risner Holbrooks.  She was the wife of the lae Mickey Fraganeno Sr., a deputy sheriff, owner of Mickey's Shoe Store, a member of the Womens Democratic Club and a member of the Church of God.     Along with her husband and parents, Jewell was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.     Jewell is survived by two sons, Ricky Fraganeno, Mickey Fronto Jr., one daughter, Connie Shell, one step daughter, Mary McCabe, one step son, Alfred Music, one brother, Herbert Holbrooks Jr., several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed.     Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Donnie Hall and Bud Crum officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel, Ky.
