John Christopher "Chris" Taylor

John Christopher "Chris" Taylor, age 45 of Sidney, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the South Williamson ARH Hospital. Chris was born in Pike County, Ky., on November 18, 1972, to his parent John Taylor and Mary Sue Williamson. Chris was employed by the Pike County Board of Education as a Maintenance Supervisor. Chris was a member of the Pike County Sheriff Department, a member of the East Ky Electrical Association, and a member of the Pike County Democratic Association Committee. Chris was the husband of Tonya Taylor.  Chris is survived by his wife, his father, John Taylor (Kathy Cochran), his mother, Mary Sue Williamson. Chris is also survived by two daughters, Tasha Taylor and Tiffany Chapman.Chris is survived by two brothers, Todd Taylor, Tony Dotson and one sister, Angela McKinney and a host of loving family and friends.Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00 PM, June 19, 2018,  at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral will be Wednesday, 1:00 PM, June 20, 2018, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Gary Thacker officiating. Burial will follow at the Taylor Family Cemetery on Dix Fork, Sidney, Ky.
