Johnny May

Johnny R. May, age 49, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Shelbiana, Ky. Johnny was born on August 15, 1971 to his parents the late Johnny May and Sue Ramey May. He was a retired coal miner. Along with his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by one sister, Kathy May. Johnny is survived by one son, Keith May, his niece, Destiny Parks, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 1p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Dewayne Abshire officiating. Burial will follow in the May Family Cemetery at Phyllis, Ky. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.
