Joseph Paul Mullins

Joseph Paul Mullins, age 36, of Winchester, Tn., formerly of Dorton, Ky. passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System. Joseph was born on Nov. 9, 1985 to his parents Seronda Mullins and the late Joe P. Mullins. He was the husband of Kelley Mullins. Along with his father, Joseph was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grethel Runyon, grandfather, Virgil Mullins, grandmother, Goldie Mullins, and his mother in law, Carrie Fleming. Along with his wife and mother, Joseph is survived by two brothers, Jeremy (Raina) Mullins, Jacob Mullins, one sister, Jessica (Mark Moore) Mullins, one niece, Harper Mullins, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home wtih Carson Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Family Cemetery at Three Mile.
