Larry "Fiddle" Keith Rowe

Larry Keith Rowe of Phyllis, Ky passed away on January 10, 2021, Sunday, at the Good Shepherd Health and Rehabilitation at Phelps, Ky. Larry was born in Pike County, KY on February 8, 1955, to his parents the late John Harold Rowe and Stella Hampton Rowe. Larry was a coalminer and was employed for over 30 years were he operated a continuous miner most of his time before retiring. Larry loved University of Kentucky Basketball, watching westerns, and visiting with friends as he traveled up and down the roads. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother- Jimmy Rowe. He is survived by his son, Larry Shawn Rowe (Cassandra), a daughter, Belinda Rowe (Eli) VanDitto. Larry is survived by one brother, Harold Dean Rowe (ReJeana), four grandchildren, Logan, Lakan, Rowe and Lizzy, Allie VanDitto and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 13, 2021, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home and Thursday, January 14, 2021, with visitation both nights. Funeral will be Friday, January 15, 2021, 12:00 Noon, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Dewayne Abshire officiating. Burial will follow in the Keene Cemetery at Grapevine, KY.
