Lexie Weddington

Lexie Weddington, age 67 of Joes Creek, Ky, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, at her residence. Lexie was the wife of Trevis Weddington, a custodian for 27 years for Pike County Central High School, and a member of Joe's Creek Church of Christ. She was bornon August 25, 1955 to her parents the late James Senters and Mildred Robinson Senters. Along with her parents, Lexie was preceded in death by one daughter, Connie Lynn Weddington, one brother, James Richard Senters, and one sister, Naomi Lynn Hunt. Along with her husband, Lexie is survived by one grandson, Justin Trevis (Laken) Smith, two great grandsons, Houston Trevis Smith and Haddix Conner Smith, and a host of loving nieces and nephews, family and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 11 A.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randall Parsons and Willie Abshire officiating. Burial will follow in the Upper Joe's Creek Church of Christ Cemetery.
