Linda Fields, age 85, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Landmark of Elkhorn Nursing Home. Linda was born on April 7, 1938 to her parents the late Lillie Arnette Mounts and Lonnie Mounts. She was the wife of Clyde Fields, a homemaker, and a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by one daughter, Patty DeShetler, and one sister, Audrey Bentley.
Along with her husband, Linda is survived by one daughter, Karen (Bobby) Branham, three sons, Randy (Cheryle) Fields, Kenny Fields, Michael Fields, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Monday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 1 P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
