Linda Emmalene Howard

Linda Emmalene Howard, age 82, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center.  Linda was born on Sept. 12, 1941 to her parents the late Millie Irene Blackburn and Cero Blackburn.   She was the wife of Burton Howard, a retired baker for Food City for several years, and she also attended the Freedom Bible Church.   She was baptized on January 5, 1975.
     Along with her husband, Linda is survived by one daughter, Angie (Gus) Stathis, two grandchildren, Ashton Stathis, Alyssa Stathis, four brothers, Gene (Carol) Blackburn, Cliff Blackburn, Larry (Judy) Blackburn, Davie (Shelia) Blackburn, one sister, Marlene Scott, one brother in law, Fonso Scott, and a host of loving family and friends.
     There will be a private family graveside service only.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky
