Lonnie Dale Maynard

Lonnie Dale Maynard, age 76, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Lonnie was born on January 12, 1943 to his parents the late Wade Maynard and Alice Ray Maynard.  Lonnie was the husband of Leona Graham Maynard, a truck driver, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith.      Along with his parents, Lonnie was preceded in death by one daughter, Vivian Branham, two brothers, Darrell Maynard, Lindell Carl Maynard, and one sister, Leo Maynard.      Along with his wife, Lonnie is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Griffith, Tina Maynard, two brothers, Connie Maynard, Mitchell Maynard, five grandchildren, Leslie, Charles (Biggin), Austin, Dylan, Morgan, five great grandchildren, Kylie, Koydee, Bryson, Gracie, Daylan, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist at Varney.  Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 at 12 noon at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church with Gary Young and others officiating.  Burial will follow in the Ray Cemetery at Varney.
