Lonnie J. Taylor

Lonnie James Taylor, aged 78, of Sidney, Ky., passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at his home. Lonnie was the son of the late Kelsey T and Alice Helen Taylor of Sidney. He was preceded in death by brother William J "Boshy" Taylor, sister-in-law Anita Carol "Ann" Taylor, brother Theodore "Tedo" Taylor, nephew John Christopher "Chris" Taylor, and nephew Terry Michael Taylor. He is survived by brother John (Kathy) Taylor of Sidney, nephew Todd (Tiffany) Taylor of Sidney, niece Judith (Saul) Noble of Wise, Va, niece Michelle (Terry) Spencer of Virginia, and niece Angela McKinney of North Carolina. He also leaves behind a host of family and friends including his very best friend, his little dog "Cricket." Lonnie was a member of The Pilgrims Home Regular Baptist Church at Brushy, KY. Due to the Corona Virus concerns, graveside services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, Jan.20, at the John Christopher Taylor Cemetery in Sidney, Ky., under the direction of Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Todd Taylor, Dwight Bogar, Ervin Thacker, Buddy Williamson, John Hiers, and Saul Noble will serve as pallbearers
