Lucille Sword

Lucille Robinson Sword, age 93, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at her home. Lucille was born on January 1, 1929 to her parents the late Richard "Dick" Robinson and Myrtle Sowards Robinson. She was the wife of the late Langley "Fobby" Sword, a homemaker, and a member of the Caney Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Lucille was preceded in death by one son, Richard Lee Sword, son in law, Dean Smith, two sisters, Mary Ellen Kiser and Laura Robinson. Lucille is survived by one daughter, Barbara Sword Smith, one son, Johnny (Angie) Sword, two grandchildren, Todd (Heather) Smith, Samantha Sword, one great granddaughter, Parker Smith, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday at 1 pm, April 10, 2022 at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Logan Kiser and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Sowards Family Cemetery at Beefhide.
