Margaret Marrs

   Mary Margaret Marrs, age 71, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Ky.  Margaret was born on Feb. 23, 1948 to her parents the late Charles Gibson and Sara Martin Gibson.  She was the wife of Kenneth Marrs, retired cook at Shelby Valley High School, and a member of the Virgie Homemakers.  She was also a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.     Margaret is survived by one son, Kenneth L. (Michelle) Marrs, one daughter, Sara (Shawn) Bailey, one brother, Jimmy Don Gibson, four sisters, Linda Banks, Teresa England, Charlotte Gibson, Paula Davis, four grandchildren, Nathan Marrs, Kaylee Marrs, MaKenna Bailey, Aubree Bailey, and a host of loving family and friends.      Visitation will be Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Melvin May officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
