Nell Belcher

Nell Belcher, age 74, of Pikeville, Ky, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Nell was born in Baltimore, Maryland,  on November 23, 1943 to her parents the late Virgil Elkins and Jessie Mae Ball Elkins.  Nell was the wife of the late Clinton Belcher. Nell was a Retired - Self Employed Business Owner for many years and was of the Freewill Baptist Faith.  Nell was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one daughter, Baby Belcher and by two brothers, Larry Elkins and Ronnie Elkins.Nell is survived by two Daughters, Charlene Belcher(Gary Noble), Marlene Tooley (Larry Tooley, Jr.);two Sisters, Peggy McMahan (Jackie), Lida Elkins; two Brothers, Jerry Elkins, Junior Elkins (Judy).  Nell is survived by three Grandchildren, Clinton Chase Childress (Cortney), Randy Dru Childress, Andy Wayne Hall; one Great Granddaughter, Riley Kate Childress and a host of loving family and friends.She is survived by Krystal Haynes and Dawn Evans- two special nieces that helped her to be prayed to gloryVisitation will be Saturday, 12:00 Noon  till 2:00 PM, July 21, 2018, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.Funeral services will be Saturday, 2:00 PM, July 21, 2018, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana, Ky.
