Patty Slone

    Patty Sue Smith Slone, age 65, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Patty was born on Nov. 14, 1953 to her parents the late Arnold Smith and Adelene Rogers Smith.  She was the wife of Gene Slone, a retired dietician at Pikeville Medical Center, a volunteer at Fed's Creek Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the Church of Christ.      Along with her husband, Patty is survived by one step daughter, Chandra Slone, one sister, Diana Damron, one brother, Dwayne (Pam) Smith, one step grandson, Tanner Slone and a host of loving family and friends.    Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Friday Nov. 1, 2019 at 2p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Sam Casebolt officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
