Paula Fay Mitchell

Paula Fay Mitchell, age 68, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Paula was born on July 10, 1956 to her parents the late Robert J. Grunden and Naomi Irene Melton Grunden.  She was a physical therapist for over 40 years at Pikeville Medical Center, and a member of several horse clubs.

     Paula is survived by several step children, one sister, Ronna Adkins, two daughters, Jessica (Joey) Damron and Bethany Mitchell, one niece, Naomi Elizabeth Harris and her son Ryan Spriggs, one nephew, Matthew Dale (Kayla) Adkins, grandchildren, Garrett Damron, Zoey Damron, Aaron Gevedon, Victoria Stanley, great grandsons, Bryson Damron, Zander Reynolds, Julian Diaz, special friend,, Robert Moore and a host of loving family and friends.

     There will be a private family memorial at Matthers Cemetery in English, Indiana.
