Phoebe D. Justice

Phoebe D. Justice, age 60, of Pikeville, Ky. passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020, at her residence.  Phoebe was born in Grundy, Va. on May 6, 1959, to her parents the late Jesse Bishop and Yvonne Matney Bishop. Phoebe was a Registered Nurse, worked as a dialysis nurse at the FMC of Pike County, she was a member of the Lick Creek Holiness Church.  Phoebe was the wife of Richard "Rick" Justice. Phoebe was preceded in death by her parents, one brother-Rodney Bishop. Phoebe is survived by her husband, one daughter-Stephine (Neil) Coleman, two sisters-Sherra (Ronnie) Farmer, Angie Mullins.  She is survived by three grandchildren, Cheyenne (Chris) Mason, Kyleigh Coleman, Aidan Thacker, one great grandchild- Caleb Mason and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, February 1, 2020, 6:00 PM at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with services at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Sunday, February 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with Rick Fuller and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
