Sandra Kay Thompson

    Sandra Kay Thompson age 78, passed away February 8, 2025 at the Medical Center at Albany, Albany, KY.  She was born July 9, 1946 to her parents the late Tomas and Lura Stubblefield Hays.  She was the wife of the late Ronnie Eugene Thompson.  She was a Teacher's Aide at Virgie Middle School and Shelby Valley Middle School.

    Besides her husband and parents, Sandra was preceded in death by one brother Thomas Hays and four sisters.  

    Sandra is survived by two sons, Bryan Thompson, Robert Eugen Thompson, one daughter Lisa (Kenneth) Cantrell, one brother Timothy (Debbie) Hays and a host of loving family and friends.  

    A Memorial Service will be held February 15, 2025, from 12:00-2:00 PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelibiana, Ky.
