Sheila Blankenship, age 61, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Sheila was born on October 28, 1959 to her parents the late Hollie Blankenship and Georgia Jerrells Blankenship. There will be a private family funeral.
