Shirley Lee Hall

Shirley Lee Hall, age 73, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at her home. Shirley was born on Sept. 7, 1947 to her parents the late Ernest William Robbins and Bertha L. Bailey Robbins. She was the wife of the late Reedy Hall, retired head custodian for Goshen Community Schools, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with her husband and parents, Shirley was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Ray Hall, son in law, David Moles, one brother, Ernest Robbins, two sisters, Nancy Creech, Sybil Compton, one great grandchild, Frederick Sturdivant, and one adopted grandson, Ryan Folker. Shirley is survived by one daughter, Rita Kay Hall Shalley, and Laurie Shafer who was like a daughter, three brothers, Louis (Carol) Robbins, Charles Robbins, Frank (Dorothy) Robbins, four grandchildren, Cynthie Coleman, Sherie (Larry Leach) Shalley, Cyrus Clark, Dillon Hall, five adopted grandchildren, Ashten, Allison, Ethan Billy, and Robby, ten great grandchildren, Sophia, Paisley, Logan, Maci, Jordan, Bradley, Jimmy, Marshall, Della Dillon, nine adopted great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 1p.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers. Burial will follow in the Gillespie Family Cemetery at Greasy Creek. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lucas & Son Funeral Home.
