Timothy Elmer Hall

Timothy Elmer Hall, age 44, passed away Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Kentucky, due to complications from COVID. Timothy was born on Sept. 27, 1977 to his parents, Richard “Elmer” Hall and Mary “Francis” Lusk Austin. He was a believer of the Christian Faith. Along with his parents, Timothy is survived by his stepfather, Edward “Keith” Austin and one brother, Gregory Allen Hall, as well as a host of loving family and friends. Timmy graduated from Mullens High School in 1996. He was an enthusiastic fan of sports, with West Virginia University being his favorite. He loved hanging out with friends and family. He had an incredibly loving heart and never knew a stranger. Anyone who knew Timmy was touched by his kindness, humor, and mild temperament. He was truly a peacemaker and was always a source of positivity. Memorial Services will be announced at a later when safe to do so.
