Tony Darlis Meade

   Tony Darlis Meade, age 65, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Tony was born on August 18, 1959 to his parents the late James Ireland Meade and Bertha Compton Meade.   He was the husband of the late Joyce Farmer Meade, a former bus driver for Pikeville Independent High School and a member of the Owsley Church of God.

     Along with his wife and parents, Tony was preceded in death by one brother, James A. Meade, one granddaughter, Aubree M. Meade.

      Tony is survived by one son, Adam (Ashley) Meade, two daughters, Jamie J. (Thomas) Jude, Kristina Hisle, the mother of his children, Mae Meade, one brother, William Gary (Billie), one sister, Sherry Gillespie (Jerry) Rogers, two step sons, Brandon (Kelly) Farmer, Michael (Heather) Harris, six grandchildren, Addison Meade, Tyra Spears, Austin (Becca) Spears, Kylie Farmer, Brantley Farmer, Ryley Harris, one great grandchild, Kade Spears, special friends, Florence Abshire, Fanny and Danny Lawson, his special fur babies, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

     A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024 at Owlsey Church of God in Hurricane Creek with Robert Justice officiating.
