Willard Ratliff

Willard Randall Williamson Ratliff, age 59, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the U.K. Medical Center. Willard was born on January 3, 1963 to his parents the late Buck Williamson and Anna Gaye Ratliff. He was a general laborer and a member of Riverside Ministries, and he also served his country in the U.S. Army in the Special Forces. Willard was the father of Anna (Dylan) Ramsey, and grandfather to her children, Delphia and Michael Ramsey, fiancee' of Cheryl Lowe, Father of William Ratliff, and grandfather to his child, Iris Ratliff, Brother to Della (Troy Justice) and he will be missed by a host of family and friends. Graveside Service will be Friday, May 6, 2022 at 4 P.M. at Layne Cemetery at Kimper, Ky., with Paul Collins officiating.
